We are excited you are considering air as a utility. UCA’s goal is to provide a compressed air system that matches your production and financial needs. Whether it is our preferred PIPELINE AIR™ solution, or some combination of equipment, services, and financing that compliment your current supply system, UCA will modify its offerings to each unique situation. Here are some supply arrangements that we can offer.

UCA builds, owns and operates the Compressed Air System (CAS) and provides air under long-term contracts.
We locate the facility adjacent to your site and supply air in the same manner as you receive your electricity, water and natural gas.
Fixed monthly fee, a unit price per SCF or a combination that meets your needs and always with guarantees.
For more information please visit PIPELINE AIR.
UCA owns and operates the compressed air system but, in this case, it is installed in the space you provide.
Power can be supplied directly from the power company or off your power grid. Either way, performance is guaranteed.
Similar to the over-the-fence option, compressed air is supplied at a fixed monthly fee, a unit price per SCF or a combination that meets your needs.
Do you love the concept of air as a utility but have recently purchased new CAS equipment?
Would you prefer to have that cash back to allocate for other needs, save money on a monthly basis and let someone operate your CAS?
Sound too good to be true? It's not. UCA can purchase your system and supply air that meets your financial and operational needs.
Do you wish you could go online and add "New Compressed Air System" to your shopping cart and that was your only responsibility?
Do you wish someone would design, engineer, construct and install the system, and then hand you the keys?
OH! And they could operate and maintain it for you too?!
We can. Ask Us How.
Your compressed air supply can be set up as a performance contract where the savings pay for the project cost. This means UCA guarantees the savings and pays penalties if we do not meet the goals.
